Fresh Meat — Important Notice
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of fresh or frozen meat products once delivered. This is to protect the safety and quality of the products for all customers.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product was damaged in transit
- Your product did not meet our quality standards
- Your order did not arrive within the agreed delivery window
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you experience any of the above issues. To raise a complaint, please:
- Email us at orders@jeffshalal.co.uk with your order number
- Include a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue
- We will respond within 1 business day
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
